This page provides estimated information related to Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) refunds for your AAA auto insurance policies.
Refunds are being issued due in part to the effects of no-fault reform legislation enacted in 2019. Here are some important things to know about your refund(s).

Policyholders with vehicles that were insured under a Michigan auto policy that met the minimum requirements for operating on Michigan roads as of 11:59pm on
October 31, 2021 will receive a refund of $400 per eligible car, motorcycle, and motor home and $80 per eligible historic/antique vehicle.

Your refund(s) will be in the form of a check mailed to you.

If you have multiple policies, you will receive one check per policy.

MCCA Refund checks were mailed to eligible AAA policyholders beginning April 8, 2022.
